- Bidirectional ticket / alert sync
One-way alert push only — closing the ticket does not clear the alert.
- Asset / device mapping
Devices match to client records automatically after the initial mapping pass.
- Alert escalation rules
Escalation logic has to live in one system; expect duplicated rule sets.
- Billing reconciliation
Counts must be exported and matched by hand each month.
- Webhook / event support
Both sides expose event webhooks (API grades B and B).
Common bottlenecks & caveats
- Sync depth is partial — budget technician time or an automation platform such as Rewst.
- Multi-tenant reporting is uneven between the two consoles, so cross-client rollups stay manual.
- Field mapping is not retroactive: records created before the integration is enabled usually need a one-time backfill.
