One-way alert push only — closing the ticket does not clear the alert.

Devices match to client records automatically after the initial mapping pass.
- Alert escalation rules
Escalation logic has to live in one system; expect duplicated rule sets.

- Sync depth is partial — budget technician time or an automation platform such as Rewst.
- Seat minimums apply (Veeam Data Platform: none, Hudu: 3) — small tenants pay for unused units.
